Yoga Therapy Mat Class

In this class, we continue to support your breath, body, and nervous system — while gently inviting more load, more range, and more complexity in movement.

With mindful awareness, you’ll learn to tune in to your body’s subtle signals: noticing when you lose your foundation of ease and support, when you begin to brace, grip, or compensate.

You move at your own pace and meet your body exactly where it is. The goal is to provide what it truly needs — space to heal, recover, and re-balance.

We explore movement from a wide variety of positions;
- standing
- kneeling
- supine (lying on your back)
- prone (face down)
